Z.M. Kulahmedov began his labor activity in November 1980. His total work experience is 45 years. During this time, he has progressed from an engineer to the chief engineer of the architectural and construction department.
Z.M. Kulahmedov makes a worthy contribution to the development of designing enterprises in the chemical industry of our country, effectively participating in more than 200 projects.
JSC "Uzkimyosanoatloyiha" is the leading design organization in the chemical sector of Uzbekistan, being an integral participant in organizing structural transformations in the economy, activating investment activities of enterprises, implementing production modernization programs, technical and technological re-equipment, and broadly attracting foreign investments for the introduction of advanced technologies and their effective use.
Throughout its activities, the Company performs work for chemical industry enterprises in developing preliminary technical and economic assessments (PTEA), technical and economic justifications (TEJ), technical and economic calculations (TEC), and design and estimate documentation of various complexity. It is precisely thanks to the effective activities of the construction department headed by Z. Kulahmedov that the Company consistently achieves high performance indicators.
The accumulated many years of experience allows for the execution of complex projects, technical and economic justifications, and calculations at a high technical level. Z. Kulahmedov, preserving his intellectual and creative potential, constantly improving his professional level and enhancing the technical base, contributes to ensuring that the institute remains a leading and authoritative design organization in Central Asia, performing design work for complex facilities in the chemical industry.
In particular, during his activities, he participated in the following major projects:
* Preparation of PTEA for the completion of construction of the "Kungrad Soda Plant" and for the construction of the "Dehkanabad Potash Plant" based on the Tyubegatan potash deposit.
* Reconstruction and modernization of unit 76-AM at JSC "Maxam-Chirchik".
* Production of pesticides for plant protection at the enterprise "IFODA AGRO KIMYO HIMOYA" in the Namangan region.
* Production of polymer materials and reagents on the territory of JSC "AGMK".
* Construction of a plant for the production of low-density ammonium nitrate at JSC "Maxam-Chirchik".
* Project for expanding calcined soda production at the "Kungrad Soda Plant" with limestone mining at the "Jamansay" quarry and technical salt at the "Barsakelmes" deposit.
* Modernization of the air separation workshop at JSC "Ferganaazot".
* Modernization of phosphoric fertilizer production in the EPK-2 workshop at JSC "Ammofos-Maxam".
* Project "Production of Automobile Tires and Conveyor Belts" at the Angren SEZ in cooperation with the Chinese company "Poly Technologies Inc.".
* Construction of a complex for the production of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), caustic soda, and methanol at JSC "Navoiazot" based on the agreed design documentation of the consortium of Chinese companies "China CAMCE Engineering Co." and "HQC Shanghai Company".
* Project "Production of Ammonia and Urea" at JSC "Navoiazot" in cooperation with the Japanese company "Mitsubishi Heavy Industries".
* Organization of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose production in the city of Navoi.
* "Construction and Reconstruction of an Industrial Park in the City of Chirchik".
* "Construction of a Plant for the Production of Pesticides and Organo-Mineral Fertilizers in Uzbekistan".
Z. Kulahmedov, being a specialist devoted to his profession, hardworking, and initiative-taking, pays special attention to improving the professional level of young specialists. In his time, he made a worthy contribution to consolidating the theoretical knowledge of students from vocational colleges in practice within the framework of the "Enterprise-College" cooperation. He is an active promoter of state policy, living with a constant sense of involvement in the life of society. In his speeches to the team, Z.M. Kulahmedov invariably notes that interethnic harmony and civil peace in Uzbekistan are the foundation for the sustainable development and prosperity of the country.
He actively participates in events for the improvement and greening of his residential district.
As a master of his craft, a sincere and modest person, he has earned the respect of colleagues and residents of the district.
He is an exemplary family head, having raised two sons.
